Stars and Spendid, Sellwood

We've been selling at Stars and Splendid since October 2018. It's a busy mall and we've had a great time there. We've sold a lot of items, but as we've gotten older, it's a lot of work to "feed the beast" (making the rent). All that finding, buying, cleaning, fixing, pricing and restocking can be a bit wearing, even as a retired couple with plenty of time on our hands. But all that needs to be done if you want to move merchandise.

So this is our last month at Stars. Last day will be August 16. We will have a discount sale for customers, but just 20%. We aren't getting out of the business, just want to be able to slow down a bit and still make rent with some leftover for ourselves.

We will certainly be coming back afterwards as customers. Always looking for items to flip.
